Transport Department

This department is responsible for highway maintenance and management. It also participates in the management of roads owned or managed by other entities. It also performs duties entrusted to City Hall on behalf of departments of transport in smaller administrative districts; it carries out the duties of the special building office for the case of building highways. It acts as an appeal authority against decisions made by city district authorities and runs the agenda in relation to transportation matters. It manages the register of vehicles and oversees the highway authority.

Division for Traffic Administration

As part of the extended sphere of authority it deals with the administration of traffic related matters in accordance with respective legal regulations.

Vehicle Registration Division

This department manages the city's vehicle register.

Special Building Office and Transport Division

This public administration body is the respective authority for building and associated or related proceedings related to constructions on local and publicly accessible tertiary roads and class II and III roads. It also deals with minor offences.
